Review of the Couple’s Planning done so far
Advising about the best solutions
Support and clarifications of the couple’s doubts
Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
Exclusive DOMA wedding checklist
Creation of the full event schedule, liaising with suppliers for set up and set down, being the main point of contact
Final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites
Wedding day timeline (provided to all vendors)
Distributing final payment to vendors
Presence of at least one onsite coordinator with the wedding planner, covering every moment of the wedding
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
